About me - Melanie Tschiersch

I'm a university qualified nutritionist (Post Graduate - Deakin University), personal trainer, Pilates instructor, trained teacher in natural fertility education and a Hypnobirthing instructor.

Nutrition Expertise

I currently specialise in fertility nutrition, pregnancy nutrition, post-natal fat loss, body transformation, breastfeeding and weaning/toddler nutrition. 

I have worked in the area of sports nutrition coaching clients for female bodybuilding shows in the bikini and fitness category, as well as helping clients with fertility nutrition and natural fertility management. 

Training

I specialise in general exercise, pregnancy exercise, Pilates and yoga for pregnancy, post-natal recovery and exercise for birth preparation. 

Previously I specialised in preparing sports training programs for bodybuilding, general weight loss and body transformation clients.

Birth Preparation

There is so much you can do to prepare for a comfortable, calm and positive labour and birth both physically and mentally. Hypnobirthing is an award winning birth education program that I teach that helps women prepare for a calmer more comfortable birth. I also draw on other birth preparation programs and techniques so that you go into your labour armed with a variety of tools and techniques to draw on.
